Worldwide Shipping
Bont Rowing prioritise FedEx for all global shipping however, local carrier services may be used where appropriate. Tracking is made available on all shipped goods and is generally received within 3-4 business days from time of order.
Delivery times vary depending on country and exact location however, Bont Rowing online orders normally take anywhere from 10-14 business days to be delivered once tracking is made available. Small parts orders shipped via local services may may take up to 12-17 business days to arrive. Please be advised we are experiencing delays in deliveries due to the limited number of flights available for courier services and the impact of COVID-19. This can also mean orders are sent via multiple transit locations in addition to sitting in certain ports for multiple days as it awaits the next available courier flight. Once shipped, orders cannot be expedited and enquiries cannot be made regarding updates to estimated arrival times.

Once received, refunds are generally processed within five working days.
RETURNS
All full-priced product(s) are illegible for return and refund – excluding shipping – within 30 days of being received. All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Return shipping costs and insurance must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately Bont Rowing is unable to accept liability for any damaged, lost or delayed return products.
At Bont Rowing, we have done everything possible to ensure your size selection is the right one. We understand however, that even with our Size Wizard and Size Chart, it's not always possible to determine the best fit without trying them on. So, that's why we give you 30 days from receipt to exchange your shoes for a different size or color.
As per our returns policy, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the nearest warehouse in addition to shipment of replacement product(s). Please be advised we recommend you take up insurance when returning any products as Bont Rowing cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed items.
In order to return an item, please download the returns PDF from your original order confirmation and follow the instructions for return. Please note, a return number is not required. If the returns PDF is unavailable, email info@bontrowing.com with the following information

All products(s) purchases in store should returned to the retailer for exchange and/or refund.

NEW SIZING METHOD
To find your Bont Rowing shoe size, download and print our all-new sizing page in A4 and follow the instructions exactly as listed. Mark with a straight edge your longest toe and widest part of your foot. Double check the length and width with a ruler to confirm your measurements. Be advised, this is a newly developed sizing page so please send any feedback to our team by clicking the red 'speech bubble' in the corner of the page.
ORIGINAL SIZE METHOD
To find your size, place a piece of paper on a flat surface and place it directly up against a wall.
Stand on the paper and ensure you have a 1mm gap between your heel and the wall.
Plant your foot firmly on the ground and slowly roll your weight forward onto your forefoot until it reaches an angle of approximately 45-degrees. This position mimics the angle at the catch in a boat. Look down and take the measurement from the wall edge of the paper to your longest toe. Record the length.
Use a ruler to measure the length for each foot. Take these measurements and input them into the sizing wizard or reference the Foot Length Range sizing on the size chart.
The Last Length measurements shown on the chart are the exact length of the last that we use to build the shoes. This correlates to the precise internal measurement of the shoe.
Keep in mind the length of a foot will extend slightly when at the catch. It is for this reason the foot measurement must be taken at its longest point with foot at 45-degree angle.
